The Egg-straordinary Egg Story! Easter Workshops
Hello Everyone and Happy Spring!
We’ve been enjoying a quiet couple of months here at Small World Towers, but are now out of hibernation and ready to kick off the first set of animation workshops of 2015! These will take place at the Greenbank Pub Community Room on 8th & 10th April. As usual, we’ll be making an animation from scratch based around a mysterious, giant egg – where did it come from, what does it contain? Is it a good or bad egg…?
The price is £40 to cover both days and is suitable for 6-10 year-olds. Call me on 07746326860 for more info or with any queries. Look forward to seeing you there!

Fontmell Magna Viking Animation Workshop
Wow! I had a lovely day at Fontmell Magna in Dorset last Thursday! The location was the Springhead Trust, which is set in a beautiful garden with its own very ancient spring. (It has been settled for over 4,500 years…) We made a great animation based on the headless skeletons found in the “Viking Pit of Doom”, which was uncovered when they were digging out a new road near Weymouth. Twelve very talented children teamed up to make the film, which gives a possible explanation of how the skeletons got there… Here’s what we came up with!!
