Prop making for Alice in Wonderland

The guys have been very busy making all kinds of props for their production of Alice in Wonderland recently. They really are lovely and I think it’s going to look very special when they perform on May 17th in Honiton. Here are a few of the puppets and masks we made last week…

Animation Club – 2

Some mini-films the kids made at last night’s animation club, using all their own characters and backgrounds. Animation is so good for unlocking children’s imaginations. We use Stop Motion Studio Pro on my iPad mini – it’s a brilliant free resource. We’ll be adding sound next week (all in the app) 🙂 Smart!

Christmas Shadow Puppets with Magic Carpet

What a lovely day I had yesterday in Honiton with the guys from Magic Carpet Honiton Group. In a few hours we made shadow puppets, backgrounds and a puppet theatre! There was lots of lovely singing all accompanied by the wonderful Margaret on her mouth organ. What a treat 🙂
